Support

I’m Mallory, and I build and support Nordica Inventory Planner myself. Email hello@nordica-apps.com or use “Contact support” in the app. We reply within 1 working day. Suggestions are welcome too.

Common questions

How does it know how many to order?

Plain arithmetic, shown on every suggestion: what sold recently (recent weeks count more, sold-out days aren’t counted), how long the supplier takes, how often you order, and what’s already in stock or on order. For example: “Sold 12 in 30 days, 3 left, supplier takes 14 days → order 13”.

Why does a product say “Not enough sales yet”?

Under two weeks of history or fewer than 3 sold is too little to forecast honestly. Those products still warn you when stock falls to the number you choose in Settings.

Does the app email my suppliers?

Never. A purchase order is a PDF or CSV you download, or an email that opens in your own mail app with everything filled in. You press send.

Will it change my stock?

Only when you press Received on a purchase order, and Undo takes it back off. Suggestions never change anything.

Do I have to set up suppliers?

No. They’re made from each product’s Vendor in Shopify. An email or a lead time can be added if you like; otherwise 14 days is used.

What happens when I uninstall?

The nightly read stops. The app never wrote anything to your store except stock you received, so nothing is left behind. Your data here is deleted 48 hours later.

What does it cost?

Alerts and forecasts are free. Pro adds reorder suggestions, lead times and safety stock; Plus adds purchase orders, receiving and multi-location. One flat price: never by revenue, products or your Shopify plan.
